The CronusMAX PLUS supports all official wired controllers for PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles and most third-party wired controllers designed for PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360. This also includes PS4, Xbox One and PS3 Wireless controllers which can be connected via a USB cable. An Xbox 360 Wireless controller with a play and charge kit cannot be used as a wired controller as it does not pass any data.
The general rule is this: if the controller works on PS4, Xbox One, PS3 or Xbox 360 it should also work with the CronusMAX PLUS. Some game specific controllers, such as guitar and racing wheel controllers, are not supported by default. However, they can be used to emulate a controller via the X-AIM Plugin and a Windows PC. There are of course many more controllers that may not be on this list, if you have a controller that works with CronusMAX PLUS and it's not on this list, please let us know and we'll add it.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once a controller is being used for authentication, it cannot be used as a second controller as the console is not able to detect two controllers with the same security signature at the same time. It must remain connected at all times (if using a USB Hub), or if you are not using a USB Hub, it must remain unconnected to the console while the CronusMAX PLUS is in use, so that the console can recognize that a valid security signature is present. This also keeps the process completely stealth and legitimate on any Xbox Live or PSN service.
