Step by step guide on how to connect a keyboard and mouse to your console using a CronusMAX PLUS and a Windows PC (MAC is not recommended for Mouse and keyboard function). We should note that the same steps can be used for hooking up any controller for X-AIM such as a Flight Stick.
IMPORTANT
When running X-AIM and Capture Mode, make sure you have any other programs closed down, especially web browsers such as Firefox, as this may cause lag. You want the signal between your Keyboard and Mouse to your console to be as clean as possible.
1. Connect CronusMAX PLUS to the Xbox One / PS4 / Xbox 360 / PS3 via the Output Port.
2. Connect the Authorization Controller to the CronusMAX PLUS Input Port.
3. Connect the Mouse & Keyboard you wish to use to the PC. A high quality wired gaming mouse brand is recommended such as Razer.
4. Connect the CronusMAX to a PC via the PC Prog USB Port and Mini-USB Cable
5. Open Cronus PRO and run X-AIM from the plugin menu or from the X-AIM shortcut.
6. Click "Enter Capture Mode". The LED on the CronusMAX PLUS should now show 3 lines.
